Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will grant you full command over your email mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this intuitive interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mails from one email mailbox account to another, activate mail filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your email mailboxes against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming emails on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one email box to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mail account you want to redirect e-mails from, then select the destination e-mail box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the email client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
